I'm Elise!

 

I graduated from Lesley University back in 2020.

 

I mainly studied 2D animation in Adobe Animate, but I am versed in Toon Boom Harmony and Storyboard Pro. I also have some experience studying 3D animation in Maya.

 

I recently did a mentorship under Caleb Staker from January to this March to refine my skills in character design. I utilized my character design skills previously when working at White Snake in 2019, but I wanted some guidance to further improve my work.

 

I also served as Line Producer on the short, independent films Amare and Epilogue between 2020 and 2024.

After my time working with Caleb, I really enjoy designing characters that are bright and fun shapes with their own unique quirks. Project-wise, I love doing illustrations for Zines, and character design for a variety of potential movies, TV shows, or even convention mascots! 

 

When I'm not drawing or working, I love to watch anime, read, write, journal, sew, cosplay, and travel!

My favorites are Yu-Gi-Oh 5Ds, Legend of Korra, Frieren: At Journey's End, and Apothecary Diaries.

I'm always excited to watch new or different series out there to learn from them and enjoy the story. Stories like Jentry Chao Vs the Underworld, Invincible, The Mighty Nein, and KPop Demon Hunters!
